The privacy policy of eXtreme Soft Group S.R.L, hereinafter referred to as ESG, applies to all sites owned and operated by it and the services provided by ESG through these sites.
The ESG privacy policy main purposes is to ensure security of personal data and respect the right to privacy.
1. Types of collected data:
Personal data.
Personal data, entered by users in the process of creating the account or any other processes necessary for providing the NORC services, such as, but not limited to name, address or e-mail address.
Infrastructure data software and internet user.
When you register with NORC websites you provide some personal data such as: name, surname, email address, password to access NORC account (WARNING: NORC websites NEVER ask for other passwords than those used to access NORC services, i.e. other Internet sites, email accounts, etc). This personal data are registered on NORC servers and used to provide personalised services through user identification.
When visiting NORC webpages your computer exchange information with NORC servers through small files named "cookies". Also such files could be placed on your computer by NORC servers in order to offer personalised access during future visits. Same "cookies" are used for improving our services, by means including but being limited at logging user preferences and Internet pages when visiting NORC.
NORC servers are also logging informations normally transmited by client browsers when visiting Internet pages.
Email communication to ESG and form data on NORC web pages could be logged and kept for further processing in order to be answered and/or for improving our services or for any other legal reason.
Links and refferals to NORC webpages could be accessed also through third-party websites, which are not related and/or affiliated with ESG, nor under ESG control. This websites could also ask, collect and log personal data, data sent by web browsers, and also could send and place "cookies" to/on your computer, actions based solely on their policies, terms and conditions, without any relation to ESG and NORC websites policies, terms and conditions.
2.The purpose of personal data collection and the way how are used by ESG.
Personal data is collected solely for the purpose for which they were entered by users, with the purpose of providing access and use of NORC services by them. Their processing is done only by the ESG and with the sole purpose of improving existing services or develops new services.
Data referring on software and internet infrastructure are collected and processed to obtain usage statistics of NORC services, statistics which will be used to improve NORC operating infrastructure and services.
Personal data collected may be used by ESG in form of depersonalized statistics, with the purpose of developing advertising campaigns on NORC sites.
Using these data for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected or which are part of this privacy policy, or the collection and processing of additional personal data can be further made only with the explicit agreement of the user and by indicating how will be used by ESG . User will, in these situations, always have the option of opting for the usage or not of these personal data, for the purposes for which it was requested.
3. Access to personal information.
User.
The user is solely responsible for the reality and / or accuracy of personal data provided during the usage of NORC services.
The user will always have access to their personal information, with the purpose of changing or deleting them, but bear in mind that in some cases these operations can cause failure in service provision or even impossibility of providing certain services.
As an exception, if the ESG prohibit access to a user account, by reasonable grounds (for example, but not limited to, failure to use the terms of NORC services) or as a result of disruption of supply of services, it will no longer have access to personal data from his account. However, the use of personal data by ESG will continue to comply with the privacy policy.
Third parties.
ESG will allow third parties access to data users in the following situations:
- any circumstances required by law.
- if the ESG has the explicit agreement of the user that some of its data to be used for a particular purpose
- the available data are depersonalized statistical data.
4. Data security.
ESG has implemented and uses both software systems and physical protection of data collected from users in order to prevent unauthorized access, shares, distribution, modification or destruction of them. Also, ESG employees who have access to these data are very limited in number and are subject to confidentiality agreements, which in the case of infringement, entail administrative or criminal penalties, depending on the seriousness of the facts.
5. Privacy policy application.
These privacy policy may change with time. Any changes will occur will be found in the document on this page. Each variant of the privacy policy will have clearly indicated the date from which it applies. Also, each previous version can be found in archives of documents, having specified the data between has been valid.
6. Contact.
ESG seeks permanent it’s or third parties compatibility with this privacy policy and make every effort to meet it.

Following the requests regarding privacy policy received by addresses on the above, ESG will contact the applicant by the ways that they show, in order to resolve these requests.
ESG will make all efforts to resolve requests on privacy policy. Where this cannot be achieved only through direct communications with the requesting person, ESG will ask for the collaboration with the authorities, as appropriate.
